I'm a lucky girl! I don't usually seek publicity, but who am I to turn it down if I stumble upon it!
Follow me for a moment... I met this fabulous couple, Craig & Alyse, who have equally fabulous grandparents, Charlotte & Hans... who happen to own and operate the Hofmann Ranch in Castroville, which was going to be highlighted in San Antonio Weddings magazine... and they chose to use our wedding photographs to showcase the Ranch.... Stevi & Dustin

Stevi & Dustin and I met up in Gruene last week to do their engagement session. It was almost 100 degrees when we started but it cooled down quick and we had the most fabulous breeze!!! I'm loving this Texas weather!!! Here are a few of my favorites...

Jenny is a professional Actress, Model & Stunt Woman, she just went totally trendy and cut her long hair off so we had to get together for new headshots. Is she not stunningly gorgeous?!

A moment in summer

I'm fortunate to be blessed with a job that gives me flexibility to spend time with my family. The lack of blogging this summer was just that, me being busy with my kids. Last weekend I was in Shreveport working round the clock and I had to share this as one of my favorite moments..... What a great way to wrap up the summer! This was a spontaneous moment after our photo shoot was over, I had to unpack my camera so I didn't miss it....

Karina's bridal portrait

Karina just got married last week in Puerto Rico (Congratulations Mrs. Alderete!) so now I can safely share her bridal portraits that we did a couple of weeks ago at the Japanese Tea Gardens. She is so beautifully elegant! Enjoy!

Kendall & Eric

Kendall & Eric and came down to see me in Helotes this weekend for their engagement pictures. We found a cool little spot on the edge of old towne and got some great shots. These are some of my favorites.... Just for fun they brought along their College shirts. No rivalries here!!! Thanks to Mom & Dad for coming along and being such great assistants as well!

Karina & Joe

Last summer I donated a bridal and engagement session to the San Antonio Bridal Fair, it took place immediately following Hurricane Ike and the proceeds from the auction sale all went to the Hurricane relief. Karina and Joe were the winners of that auction and took me downtown to LaVillita to do their engagement session, one of their favorite places in San Antonio, and the site of his proposal. Tomorrow I'm off to do Karina's bridal portrait... she is going to be a stunning bride!!!

On the subject of giving back, you can look for gift certificates for photo sessions at auction tomorrow at the Missions Care Golf Tournament at The Quarry and on June 13th at Anne Marie's on Starcrest at a benefit auction to support 5 year old Kenny Hudnall.
